General Manager (Technical) – Infrastructure Projects

Qualification – B Tech (Civil). M Tech (Civil) and preference will be given to candidates with 15-20 yrs experience in Infra projects including roads, flyovers and high rise building projects. Preferred age below 45 years.

Chief Accounts & Financial Officer

Qualification – CA.1CWA, M Com Experience – 15-20 yrs ol experience in Accounts & Audit, taxation matters. Banking. Fund raising and IPO handling etc Preferred age below 45 years-

Additional General Manager (Techmcal) – Housing Projects

Qualification – B.Tech [Civil), M.Tech(Civil) with 15 yrs relevant experience in High Rise residential, gated community and infrastructure works. Must have completed 10 lakh Sq. Ft construction of high rise building projects. Preferred age below 45 years.

General Manager ( Business Development – Housing & Infra)

Qualification – Graduation in Civil Engineering and MBA with 15¬20 yrs experience in Business Development in Construction. Housing and Infrastructure projects Preferred age below 45 years

General Manager (Marketing & Customer Relations)

Qualification – MBA (Marketing and Customer Care). Experience – Min 20 yrs relevant experience with about 10 yrs experience in Marketing, Customer care in residential and commercial projects. Preferred age below 45 yrs.

Tender Manager

Qualification – B.Tech (Civil) / M. Tech (Civil) with atleast 10-15 years experience in handling of Govt, and Pubticsector projects and relevant experience in Tender Management (Must have handled minimum ten Govt. Projects)

Project Manager Addl Project Manager

Qualification  – B.Tech(Civil) / M Tech (Civil)with 10 years of work experience in Multistoried, Highrise. Commercial Construction protects of more than 10 lakhs Sq. Ft. Must have through knowledge in quality control and maintaining the project schedule. Prelerred age below 40 years.

Deputy PM Project Engineers / Site Engineers | Quantity Surveyors

Qualification  Degree Diploma in Civil Engineering with 7 to 15 yrs relevant experience in Highrise Multistoried Buildings
