National Centre for Sustainable Aquaculture NaCSA invites applications from eligible persons for the positions listed below
Name of Post Chief Executive – 1 nos
Place of Posting NaCSA Head office at Kakkinada, Andhra Pradesh
Essential Educational Qualification
Post Graduate Degree in Fisheries Science.
Desirable: Background in rural management, aquaculture extension, planning and promotion of sustainable aquaculture
Experience: 10 years field experience in aquaculture including shrimp farming. Hands on experience in commercial shrimp hatchery/ farming of shrimp /scampi/other cultivable species are desirable.
Period of appointment: Three years for deputed officials; otherwise annual contract which can be renewed based on performance
Regional Coordinator – 2 Nos
Educational Qualifications: Post Graduate Degree in Fishery Sciences/Marine Science/Zoology
Desired; Background in rural management, aquaculture extension, planning and promotion of sustainable aquaculture, knowledge in regional language of coastal states The candidate must be computer literate.
Experience: M.F.Sc with 3 Years or M Sc with 5 years field experience in aquaculture including shrimp hatchery/farming of shrimp/cultivable species
Period of appointment: Annual contract which can be renewed based on performance
Field Manager – 22 Nos

Educational Qualifications: B.Sc. in Biological Sciences preferably in Aquaculture /Fishery science with 2 years experience in aquaculture
Other Qualifications: Knowledge in English and respective regional language with computer knowledge is mandatory
Experience: Field experience in aquaculture including shrimp farming Hands on experience in commercial shrimp hatchery/farming or shrimp/ scampi/cultivable species desirable
Period of appointment: Annual contract which can be renewed based on performance
