Applications on plain paper are invited for a temporary post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) (ONE) to work under the R&D project titled “Optical and lifetime studies of highly stable 1,2-diaroyl/heteroaroyl benzenes and organic light emitting diode (OLED) characteristics” sanctioned by SERB, DST, Government of India, New Delhi under Fast Track Scheme for Young Scientists.

Duration: 3 YEARS
Emoluments: Rs.16000/- pm for first two years and Rs.18000/- pm for third year with 20% HRA (In case, accommodation is not provided by the Institute).
Qualifications: M.Sc.(Tech.) in Engineering Physics or M.Sc., in Physics /Electronics / Materials Science / Applied Physics with First Class and Qualified CSIR-NET/GATE/SLET examinations.
Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills. The preference will be given for the experience in device fabrication. The candidate selected will be advised to register for Ph.D degree at NIT, Warangal.
