Recruitment of Court Staff in High Court and District Courts of Uttarakhand – 2014

Applications are invited from all eligible candidates for the posts of Court Managers, Stenographers, Clerks and Peons in the High Court of Uttarakhand at Nainital and District Courts in the State of Uttarakhand, carrying a fixed honorarium with no Dearness and/or any other allowances and also without any other perquisite such as residential accommodation etc. The engagement shall be purely contractual for a fixed term till the end of 13th Finance Commission i.e till 31st March, 2015. However, the term may be terminated at any time, if the incumbent is found lacking.

1. Court Manager – 14 Posts
Qualification:
(i) A degree of MBA in general management from a recognized body/ Board/ Institution.
(ii) 5 years experience/ training in systems and process management, IT systems management, HR management or financial systems management,
(iii) Excellent communication skills,
(iv) Excellent computer application skills.
Preference will be given to the candidates who hold degree in law.
Age: The candidate must have attained the minimum age of 25 years and must not have attained the age of more than 35 years as on date of publication of advertisement.

2. Stenographer – 14 Posts
Qualification:
(i) Graduate (10+2+3) from any disciple from recognized body/ Board/ Institution .
(ii) English shorthand speed of 80 words per minute on computer and typing speed of 35 words per minute in English on computer.
(iii) Hindi shorthand speed of 80 words per minute on computer and typing speed of 25 words per minute on computer.
Age: The candidate must have attained the minimum age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of more than 40 years as on date of publication of advertisement

3. Clerk – 14 Posts
Qualification:
(i) Graduate (10+2+3) from any disciple from recognized body/ Board/ Institution.
(ii) One must posses typing speed of 35 words per minute on computer in English and 25 words per minute on computer in Hindi.
Age: The candidate must have attained the minimum age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of more than 40 years as on date of publication of advertisement.

4. Peon – 14 Posts
Qualification: Junior High School (8th pass) from recognized body/ Board/ Institution.
Age: The candidate must have attained the minimum age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of more than 40 years as on date of publication of advertisement

How to Apply: The application form can be downloaded from the web site of the High Court of Uttarakhand www.highcourtofuttarakhand.gov.in and may be sent along with a fee of Rs. 500/- for Court Manager, Rs.200/- for Stenographer and Clerk and Rs. 100/- for Peon, through postal order or bank draft in favour of Registrar General, High Court of Uttarakhand at Nainital. While filling the application form the applicant must be careful because in case the applicant is found ineligible, the fee will not be refunded.

High Court of Himachal Pradesh Recruitment of Clerks – 2014

Applications for the Posts of Clerks

Applications on the prescribed format are invited for filling-up four clear- cut and six anticipated vacancies of Clerks which may arise within one year of the publication of the Notice, in the pay scale of Rs.5910 – 20200 + Rs.1900/- grade pay with initial start of Rs.7810/- plus Rs. 400/- as secretariat pay, from amongst the candidates possessing minimum Graduation Degree from any recognized University.

Applications be sent to the Registrar General, High Court of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, so as to reach on or before 31.5.2014.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 4  Clear-cut posts are to be filled up by General Category and out of 6 anticipated posts, 4 posts are to be filled up from General Category, 1 from Scheduled Caste and 1 from Scheduled Tribe Category.
  2. Applications may be submitted on the prescribed format only.
  3. The candidates are required to submit application fee in the shape of Indian Postal Order payable in the name of the Registrar General, High Court of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, which has been fixed as Rs.200/­- for the General Category Candidate, whereas for the reserve category candidate, such fee would be Rs. 150/-.
  4. In the first instance, a screening test of the candidates may be held, followed by a regular test.
  5. Applications received after due date or incomplete applications, or notin accordance with the prescribed format, shall be out-rightly rejected and no correspondence will be entertained in that respect.
  6. The words “Application for the post of Clerk”should be super­scribed on top of the envelope containing application form.
  7. The candidates are required to submit attested copies of all relevant testimonial so as show their qualification.
  8. The lower and upper age limit of candidates shall be the same as applicable to the corresponding employees of the state Government.
  9. The candidature of only such candidates who are found eligible and whose applications are complete in all respects shall be considered for the posts.
  10. No TA/DA shall be admissible to the candidates called for interview.
  11. The candidate appointed as Clerk shall have to pass the typing test with as speed of 30 words per minute with in the period of probation.
