TERMINAL MANAGER: Degree / Diploma with 10+ years of experience in operations of large Oil Terminals /Chemical Terminals

SHIFT ENGINEERS: Degree / Diploma with 5+ years of experience in operations of Degree / Diploma with 3+ years of experience in operations & Oil Terminals / Chemical Terminals.

MAINTENANCE INCHARGE: Degree / Diploma with 5+ years of experience in the maintenance of Oil Terminals / Chemical Terminals.

Candidates with 3 – 5 years of experience will be considered as Maintenance Engineers.

BOARDING OFFICERS: Degree / Diploma with 3+ years of experience of vessel boarding in Oil Terminals/Chemical Terminals.

OPERATIONS INCHARGE: Degree / Diploma with 7+ years of experience in operations of Oil Terminals / Chemical Terminals.

SHIFT ENGINEERS: Degree / Diploma with 3+ years of experience in operations & maintenance of Oil Terminals / Chemical Terminals.

HSSE INCHARGE: Candidates with Industrial Safety Diploma from Slate Technical Education board / Fire Engineer having relevant experience of minimum 5 years in Oil Terminals / Chemical Terminals. Should have knowlodge of statutory regulations, Risk Assessment & HAZID

For all the above positions, candidates should not be more than 40 years of age, except Terminal Manager where the candidates should not be more than 50 years of age. Computer literacy is a must for all the positions.

1. Qualifications and Pay scale for Faculty Positions:
The candidate, ideally between 30 – 45 years of age, should have a Post-graduate or Doctoral degree with specialisation in the related field from reputed institutions, with 8 to 10 years of experience in management training, consultancy and research in an academic institute or a research/consulting organization. Publications in refereed journals (national and international) will be an added advantage.

Salary Package
Professor: Pay Band: Rs.37400 – 67000 + Rs.10500 (Grade Pay)
Associate Professor: Pay Band: Rs.37400 – 67000 + Rs.9500 (Grade Pay)
Assistant Professor: Pay Band: Rs.15600 – 39100 + Rs.8000 (Grade Pay)

2. ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS:
Administrative & IR Officer: Pay Band: Candidates should have multi-functional experience of at least 10 years in a similar capacity in reputed organizations and ability to lead teams in the above areas. Package: Rs.15600 – 39100 + Rs.9000 (Grade Pay)
Campus Manager and Programme Coordinator: Prospective candidates should be graduates with a good academic track record.  Facility and event management experience will be an added advantage. Candidates should have preferably multi-functional experience of at least 2-3 years in similar reputed academic organizations.Remuneration: Consolidated pay (negotiable)
Maintenance Engineer: Civil Engineer with BE / B Tech in Civil Engineering with 5 – 10 years’ experience in reputed organization. Pay Band: Rs.11000 – 35000 + Rs.5000 (Grade Pay)

RESEARCH POSITION:
Research Associate / Senior Research Associate in Public Policy, Governance & Performance: At least a high second class post-graduate degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Political Science, or a related social science discipline from a reputed university.

Vacancies Details:

Engineer ( Process) – 4 posts

Qualifications:
1.BTech/BE in Pulp and Paper Technology or Chemical Engineering or equivalent from AICTE / Government Approved Institutions having scored minimum 60% marks for their graduation.

2. Minimum experience of two years in supervisory capacity in large, reputed Process/ Chemical Industries. Apprenticeship training of one year from
such industries will also be treated as experience.

Maintenance Engineer- 5 posts

Qualifications:

1.BTech/BE in Mechanical/ Electronics / Electrical Engineering from AICTE /Government Approved Institutions having scored minimum 60% marks for their graduation.

2. Minimum experience of two years in supervisory capacity in large, reputed Industries. Apprenticeship training of one year from such industries will also be treated as experience.

Supervisor (Process/Lab) – 6 posts

Qualifications:

1. B.A.Sc (Pulp & Paper Science) or equivalent

2. Three Year Diploma in Wood & Paper Technology or equivalent

3. Three Year Diploma in Chemical Engineering from AICTE / Government Approved Institutions having scored minimum 60% marks for their graduation / Diploma.

4. Minimum experience of two years in large, reputed Process / Chemical Industries for Supervisor (Process) / in any process lab of a reputed
Industry for Supervisor (lab). Apprenticeship training of one year from such industries / Lab, will also be treated as experience.

Maintenance Supervisor – 4 posts

Qualifications:

1. Three Year Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or Instrumentation or Electronics Engineering from AICTE / Government Approved Institutions
having scored minimum 60% marks for their Diploma.

2. Minimum experience of two years in large, reputed Industries. Apprenticeship training of one year from such industries will also be treated as experience.

Supervisor (Safety) – 1 post

Qualifications:

1. Diploma in Industrial Safety from the Directorate of Technical Education/ Central Labour Institute/ Regional Labour Institute.
They should have scored minimum 60% marks for their Diploma. Minimum experience of two years in supervisory capacity from reputed Industries.

Supervisor (FDP) – 2 posts

Qualifications:

1. BSc(Forestry) of 4 year duration from Agricultural Universities. They should have scored minimum 60% marks for their graduation.

Mode of Selection

Written Test and Interview.
