Terms & Conditions:

  1. All eligible candidates are advised to be present at least one hour before scheduled time on the date of Interview for verification of certificates. No entry / registration will be entertained after 10.00 A.M.
  2. Candidates having more than one eligible qualification shall have to choose only one for selection process.
  3. The position is purely temporary and will be filled on contractual basis till the termination of the scheme or as per the need, whichever is earlier. Duration of engagement can be curtailed / extended as per need and subject to performance of the candidate.
  4. Already employed candidates should provide NOC from their present employer, failing which, they will not be allowed to attend Walk-in-Interview.
  5. The candidate should bring hard copy of duly filled in application form with self-attested copies of certificates of educational qualifications and experience certificate(s), if any, with Original documents along with a latest passport-size Photograph along with, at the time of interview.
  6. Non-production of any of original certificates for verification at the time of Interview is liable to rejection of candidature. Any candidate who has deposited original certificates with the College / University / Employer should produce Custodian Certificate.
  7. The appointment of selected candidate will be subject to the condition that he / she is declared medically fit for service by the prescribed Medical Authority.
  8. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for attending the interview.
  9. If the turnover for walk-in-interview is more, the Academy may consider to extend the date of interview for the next day and also to have a written screening test.
  10. Candidates are required to make the food arrangements on their own.

  1. The assignment is purely contractual and can be terminated with one month’s notice from either side at any point in time. However, NTH may terminate individual YP without giving prior notice, in case of breach of provision/terms of contract.

General Conditions:

  • This assignment is purely on contract basis and does not envisage any kind of regular appointment in NIRDPR in future.

In any case maximum tenure will be up to the approved duration of the project by the funding agency.

d)  Configuring the system settings to ensure proper functioning of ERP Emoluments: Rs.15, 000/- (fixed) per month.

Young Professional-II (One position)

Job Description:

1) Assisting the Institute MIS-FMS Nodal Officer in assigning the role of Institute employees in the system as and when existing/new responsibility changes assigned.

2) Providing User ID and Password to employees and managing the same and coordinating with IBM support team.

3) Assisting, Office staff in doing transaction in the system.

4) Providing hands on/short training session or regular basis to the employees.

5) Interacting with ICAR ERP Help Desk in coordination with the Nodal Officer in resolving the issues.

6). Timely reporting the progress made in implementing ERP system in the Institute to the Nodal Officer.

7). Configuring Java and browser settings in all the systems to ensure proper working of ERP system

Emoluments: Rs.25,000 (fixed) per month.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Age Limit: 21- 45 years. The candidate’s age should not be less than 21 years as on 01-06-2017 and more than 45 years as on 1-6-2017(with relaxation as per Govt. rules) in case of SC/ST/OBC & PH candidates.
