HNG Group, leader of Container Glass Market in the Country, is on a mega exapansion drive and planning to increase its capacity in the next one year, Currently we are coming up with State-af-the-Art Container Glass Manufacturing Unit in Naidupeta (Dist. Nelllore, A P). We are looking for competent candidates for the following positions both tor Naidupeta & other Plants –

1. Senior Manager (Mould Shop) – BE (Mech.) with about 10 years experience or DME with abou 15 years experience in a reputed precision engineering industry; preferably Mould/injection Mould Manufacturing.

2. Manager (Mould Manufacturing) – BE (Mech.) with about 8 years experience or DME with about 10 years experience in precision engineering/Mould Manufacturing industry.

3. Manager (Foundry) – BE (Mech.) with 10 years experience or DME with 15 years experience in a reputed foundry manufacturing special alloy castings (Ferrous and Non-Ferrous)

4. Engineer (Mould Shop) – BE/B.Tcch in Mechanical with 3-5 years experience or DME/DIE with 5-7 years experience in Manufacturing/Planning/Quality/Maintenance in precision engineering industry, Exposure in SAP will be an added advantage.

5. Engineer (Foundry) : BE (Mech.) with about 3 years experience or DME with about 5 years experience in manufacturing/quality in Foundry manufacturing special alloy castings. Exposure in SAP/QMS/CAD/CAM will be an added advantage.

6. Metallurgist: BE (Metallurgy) with about 3 years experience in a reputed foundry having exposure in Metallurgical analysis using Spectrometer and other techniques.

7. Engineer – Maintenance : BE (Mech.) with about 5 years experience or DME with about 6 years experience in Maintenance of Foundry equipments like Induction furnace, Sand hand ling systems etc.

8. Sr. Engineer/Shift Engineer (Cold-End Maintenance.) : BE/B-Tech in Mechanical/Instrumentation Engineering with 2 – 5 years experience DME/DlE with 5- 7 years experience in a reputed organization/Process plant.

9. Officer (Quality Control/Metrology) : B.Sc or DME with minimum 3 years experience in Quality Control/Metrology in process industry.

10. Technician/Jr. Technician (Cold-End) : ITI in Fitter/ Instrumentation, with minimum 3 years experience in maintenance of Automatic Inspection Machines, Packing Machines. Conveyers etc.

11. Technician (Instrumentation) : ITI in Instrumentation/ Electronics with minimum 3 years experience in Process/Glass Plant.

12. Technician (Mould manufacturing/repairing) : ITI in Fitter/Turner/Mechanist with minimum 3 years experience or DME with minimum 1 year experience in Precision Machining Industry & should have adequate exposure in operations of C NC Machines.

13. Technician (Foundry) : ITI in Fitter/Moulder/Melter with minimum 3 years experience in reputed Foundry, manufacturing special alloy castings.

14. Trainee Sorter: HS (Science) preferably 1 year experience In Quality Control/Assurance Department in a process industry.
