National Meat and Poultry Processing Board Recruitment Notification For Various Posts
The Government of India has established the National Meat & Poultry Processing Board (NMPPB) – New Delhi for promoting the meat and poultry industry in the country. The Board shall work as a central and a national hub to address all issues concerning these important sectors and serves as a single window service provider for the meat & poultry processing sector. The NMPPB has also established a world-class food testing laboratory in New Delhi. The Board requires the people for the following posts

General Manager (Meat):
Educational Qualification:
For formation and implementation of schemes for, Improvement of slaughter houses, meat and poultry related infrastructure development, HACCAP and other safety standards and certification and all round development of meat and poultry processing industry.
For collaboration with National and international meat and poultry units/boards/ councils/ R&D institutes/ University/ Colleges etc.
Membership of NMPPB
Administration of the Board.
Qualification & Experience:
1. Post Graduation in Veterinary Science with specialization in meat or Poultry science.
2. At least 7 years experience in meat industry Desirable:
1. PhD in relevant discipline
2. Knowledge of computers/internet
3. Experience in food safety & quality. Maximum Age Limit- 52 years
Senior Analiyist:
Educational Qualification:
Physico-chemical analysis of food and water samples as per standard methods like IS/ISO/ AOAC/ any other standard methods.
Handling of Instruments used in meat and poultry as well as other food analysis eg. HPLC, GC-MS, ICP-OES, Texture analyzer, Spectrophotometer, Lypholizer, Microwave digester etc.
Physico-chemical analysis of meat, poultry and other food products as per standard methods like IS/ISO/ AOAC/ any other standard methods.
Heavy metal analysis,Pesticide residue analysis and other specific tests of food samples.
Lab management as per NABL guidelines IS/ISO/IEC 17025.
Any other work as assigned.
Qualification & Experience:
B.Tech in Food Technology/ Food Science & Nutrition Chemistry/B.V.Sc . with 3 years of hands on experience in NABL accredited Laboratory.
Desirable:
1. 3 years experience of Physicochemical analysis of food and handling of HPLC, GC-MS and ICP-OES with other instruments used in Food and water analysis and or Meat & Poultry analysis.
2. 3 years experience of maintenance of data, records, equipments as per NABL guidelines. Maximum Age Limit- 35 years
Senior Analyst (Microbiologist):
Educational Qualification:
Microbiological analysis of food and water sample as per standard methods like IS/ISO/ AOAC/ any other standard methods.
Handling of Instruments used in meat and poultry as well as other food analysis eg.
HPLC, GC-MS, ICP-OES, Texture analyzer, Spectrophotometer, Lypholizer, Microwave digester etc.
Lab management as per NABL guidelines IS/ISO/IEC 17025.
Any other work as assigned.
Qualification & Experience:
M.Sc. in Microbiology M.V.Sc . in Veterinary Microbiology Desirable:
1. 3 Years experience in microbiological analysis of Food / Meat & Poultry Testing.
2. 3 years experience of maintenance of data, records, equipments as per NABL guidelines.
Maximum Age Limit- 35 years
Senior Laboratory Technician:
Educational Qualification:
Stock Maintenance, maintenance of equipments, media,technical data and records as per IS/ISO/IEC 17025.
Preparation of media, autoclaving, maintenance of different gases instruments used in physicochemical analysis
Any other work as assigned
Qualification & Experience:
M.Sc .Food Science/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry/ Biotechnology as fresh or B.Sc., Food Science/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry/ Biotechnology with 2 years experience in food analysis.
Desirable:
1. 1 Year experience in microbiological analysis including preparation of media, maintenance of data, records, equipments as per NABL guidelines for Food and or Meat & Poultry Testing.
2. Experience of working in the NABL accredited laboratory.
Maximum Age Limit- 30 years
Accounts Assistant:
Educational Qualification:

❖ Management;, Taxetion, etc. in a company po repute/ PSU/ Govt.
❖ Organization/Aueonomoue Body.
❖ Working with Tally 9.0 vereion, MS-Offce
Qualification & Experience:
Essential : Qualification: B-Com
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Accounting, Budgeting, Annual Accounts, Cash
Management, Taxation, etc. in a company of repute/ PSU/ Govt. Organization/Autonomous Body. Computer Knowledge: Tally 9.0 version, MS-Office Desirable:
M.Com/ CA-Inter/ICWA-Inter will be preferred.
