National Innovation Foundation-India (NIF), Ahmedabad, an autonomous institution of Department of Science and Technology, Government of India invites applications from highly motivated professionals for various positions. Fellows/Senior Fellow (Contractual)
Scale of Pay: Rs. 20000-60000 + HRA (Consolidated)

- Agriculture (Entomology, Agriculture Chemistry, Plant Breeding, Plant Pathology, Extension, Microbiology)
- Life Science (Plant taxonomy, Ethnobotany, Microbiology)
- Medical Science (Ayurvedic, Allopathic)
- Natural Product Chemistry
- Veterinary Science
- Engineering (Agricultural Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical)
- Business Development/Entrepreneurship Development/angel investment
- Intellectual Property Rights, licensing, patent pooling, technology transfer
- Mass Communication and Journalism, copy editing, web content management, documentation, etc.,
- Rural Development /Social Work/Social Anthropology
- Information technology management, advanced hands-on professionals with experience in database, ERP, website management, web publishing, etc.,
Qualification:
Essential Qualification:
First Class Masters in relevant area with at least one year full time work experience in reputed institutions/companies.
Desirable Qualification:
Doctorate degree in relevant area
Age: Not exceeding 35 years. The upper age limit is relaxable for the applicants from the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Physically Handicapped and other special categories in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time.
