(DENTAL SPECIALITIES)

Applications are invited to fill up the tenure posts of Senior Residents (Dental) lying vacant or likely to fall vacant in near future in the Pay Band -3 [Rs.15600 – 39100] + GP-6600/- and allowances as admissible under Residency scheme in the following specialties.

Interested candidates may apply on the prescribed form. Duly filled in applications alongwith supporting documents should be submitted at Room No. 116, 1st floor, Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences, B.S.Zafar Marg, New Delhi-110002, on or before 20.07.2015 upto 12.00 Noon.

Eligibility: Passed MDS in the concerned speciality, from a recognized University.

Fee Payble: Rs.1000/- for General/OBC candidates and Rs. 500/- for SC/ST/PH. The fee should be paid in the form of Demand Draft in favour of Director Principal, Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences, New Delhi, Payable at Delhi.

Mode of Selection: The selection will be made through written test followed by interview of shortlisted candidates i.e. three times the number of vacancies. The written test (MCQs) would consist of two parts. Part-I (General Dentistry) [50 questions] and Part-II (Speciality), [50 questions]. Duration of examination: Part-I, 50 Minutes & Part-II, 50 Minutes, with a break of 10 Minutes. There will be negative marking. One mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer. Only qualified candidates will be shortlisted for interview. (Qualifying Marks for written test for Gen-50%, OBC-45%, SC/ST-40%). However, the maximum number of qualified candidates in written test which shall be called for interview shall not be more than 3 times the number of vacancies. Only those candidates shall be selected, who qualify separately in the written test as well as in the Interview.

The decision of the selection committee would be final in this regard.

Maximum Age Limit: 40 years. Relaxation for OBC/SC/ST candidates as per rule.

Note: OBC certificate issued from other than GNCT of Delhi will be considered under General category. General Candidates are not eligible to apply against Reserve category post.

WALK-IN INTERVIEW

Walk-in interview will be held on 7/07/2014,8/07/2014, 9/07/2014 to fill up the posts of senior residents on Adhoc basis for 89 days or till such time regular candidate’s joins in his/her place. The candidate should report in the office of Medical Superintendent, Or. BSA Hospital. Registration of the candidates appearing for interviews will be done from 9.30 am to 12,00 noon on the date of interview. Wo request for registration will be entertained after 12.00 noon.

NOTE:

  1. Number of the posts are provisional and subject to change according to vacancies without any notice.
  2. Panel of wait listed candidates will be prepared for filling up the posts of SR for vacancies likely to be created in future, Adhoc basis for 89 days if required.
  3. Reservation for Differently abled persons suitable for the posts of SRs will be as per rules.
  4. In case, SC/ST/OBC candidates are not available for the posts, the seats shall be filled
  5. In case interviews could not be completed on the scheduled date/duration of period -the interview shall be continued on following next working day or as decided by the competent authority.
  6. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interviews.

Interested and eligible candidates fulfilling educational Qualification /eligibility criteria should appear for a Walk-in Interview as per schedule with their application along with Bio-data, all original documents ,with one set of self attested photocopy of the relevant documents in support of Age Qualification ,Attempts ,Mark Sheet,Degree ,DMC Registration , Cate gory (O.B.C certificate of Delhi) & Experience Certificate publications, Medals, Distinctions if any Etc and two passport size photographs in the office of Medical Superintendent., Dr. BSA Hospital, Sector-06, Rohini, Delhi 85 as per schedule mentioned above.
