Hindustan Paper Corporation Limited (HPC), a Schedule-A Miniratna Category-I CPSE, with its Headquarters at Kolkata and 4 manufacturing units – two directly managed mills in Assam and one each in Kerala and Nagaland managed through Subsidiaries – with an annual installed capacity of 2 lakh tones of writing and printing paper and 1 lakh tonne of newsprint and a sales turnover of over Rs.968 crore with personnel strength of about 2933.HPC is on the look out for the following professionals for its operating Mills in Assam.

1. Shift Superintendent (Chemical)-E-2 level
Qualification & Experience: The prospective incumbent will have BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering/ Pulp & Paper Technology or PostGraduate Diploma in Pulp & Paper Technology from a recognized University/ Institute with minimum 4 years in Pulp & Paper Industry and/or other similar continuous process industries in operation of continuous digester/continuous cooking plant, washing and screening plant, bleach plant as well as chipper house with DCS control.
Compensation: The post carry the pay scale of Rs.20,600-46,500 with Industrial DA.
Age – Below 35 years as on 1.5.2014

2. Assistant Shift Superintendent (Chemical)-E-1 level
Qualification & Experience: The prospective incumbent will have BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering/ Pulp & Paper Technology or PostGraduate Diploma in Pulp & Paper Technology from a recognized University/ Institute with minimum 3 years in Pulp & Paper Industry and/or other similar continuous process industries in operation of continuous digester/continuous cooking plant, washing and screening plant, bleach plant as well as chipper house with DCS control.
Compensation: The post carry the pay scale of Rs.16,400- 40,500 with Industrial DA.
Age – Below 30 years as on 1.5.2014

3. Executive (Legal)
Qualification & Experience: The prospective incumbent should be a graduate with L.LB. Preference will be given to the candidates having post qualification experience of 1 or 2 years.
Age– Below 30 years as on 1.5.2014
Compensation: The post carry the pay scale of Rs.16,400- 40,500 with Industrial DA.

Relaxation: Relaxation in age for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex. Servicemen would be as per Govt. directives

Phil Clinical Psychology (two years hospital based full time) course for the session 2014-2016 at Institute of Human Behavior & Allied Sciences (IHBAS) in academic affiliation with University of Delhi.

Number of Seats: UR-10, SC-01, ST-01, OBC- 03, Foreign Nationals- 02 and In-service Candidate- 02(working in Central or State Government/Autonomous Bodies/Public Sector undertaking).

Eligibility: Regular M.A./M.Sc. in Psychology/Applied Psychology/ Cognitive Science/ Clinical Psychology/ Counseling Psychology from UGC recognized University with minimum 55% marks (50% marks for candidates under reserved categories SC;ST & OBC).
