National Brain Research Center (NBRC), Manesar, is the apex coordinating body for research in Neuroscience with the objective of undertaking basic research towards understanding brain structure and function in health and disease. NBRC would like to recruit suitable persons under a joint project between NBRC, Manesar and AIIMS, New Delhi for the following project position (s) which will be co-terminus with the project:

Name of the post: Associate Professor / Assistant Professor (MEG Project)

Essential Qualifications: Ph.D. / M.D. with at least five years experience in related
(for Associate Professor) field of research.
Desirable Qualifications: Experience in interpreting clinical MEG and/or MEG-EEG
for Associate Professor) studies will be preferred. The candidate may also be a physician or with PhD, preferably in research involving EEG / MEG / adept in handling / matlab / curry / BESA / DANA softwares.

Desirable Qualifications/ Experience: At least 01 year experience at a Hospital / Nursing Home etc.

Minimum Qualifications: M.Sc. (Physics) / B.Tech. / B.E. (in relevant area including instrumentation)
OR
Graduation in science with diploma in Clinical Neurophysiology or in other related areas
Desirable Qualifications: Experience / advanced training in EEG and related areas
OR
02 years experience in handling high tech instruments

Minimum Qualifications: B.Sc. (Nursing)
OR
XIIth standard and Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery (03 years course from a school of Nursing or any other institution recognized by the Nursing council of India) plus Registration as ‘A’ Grade Nurse.
OR
Nursing ‘A’ certificate with 03 years’ experience in a Government / Semi-government Institution / Autonomous body / hospital of repute having at least 50 beds.

Application Fee (non-refundable): Rs.100/- for General and Rs.50/- for OBC in the form of Demand Draft in favour of “Director, NBRC” payable at Gurgaon/ Manesar. The application fees for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH categories are exempted subject to the production of Certificate. The women candidates are also exempted from the application fee.

Gurgaon (Haryana). The request for obtaining blank application form from NBRC should be accompanied by a demand draft for ` 50/- drawn in favour of Director, NBRC payable at Gurgaon along with details of the address where the application is to be sent. In addition to this, candidates have to send the requisite fee as applicable, along with the filled in application.

Last date for applying for both online and offline application is 30th June, 2014.
Last date for receipt of DD’s along with the printout of the online application is 7th July, 2014.
