ELIGIBILITY:
Nationality: Only Indian Nationals would be eligible to apply.

Educational Qualifications: Applicant must possess the educational qualifications as given ir Annexure-A, on the closing date of application for JTO (C) Exam in BSNL.

AGE: Candidate shall not exceed 30 years as on the closing date of the receipt of the Online applications from the candidates (as on 10th December, 2015). However, the upper age limit is relaxable as per the standing instructions of Government of India for the following categories

Mode of selection and nature of Question Paper:
The mode of selection is through an All India Competitive Examination. The examination will consist one paper of three hours duration having objective type multiple choice questions, which is to be conducted through Online examination mode.

Scheme of examination & Syllabus:
The pattern of the question paper will be multiple choice objective types with negative marking. Ail candidates will undergo a common multiple-choice type examination of three hours consisting of the following three sections:

General Instructions

Candidate interested in joining NHPC as Trainee Engineers / Officers in 2016 against Advertisement No. NH/Rectt./05/2015 is required to appear in GATE-2016. Only Graduate Engineers / Post Graduate in Geology discipline with minimum eligibility qualification attained before 31.12.2015 are eligible to apply. Final year appearing students in the academic session 2015-16 are not eligible.
